-Customers can either return, exchange or cancel an active order once for a full credit or refund.
-Thereafter any subsequent order that is returned, exchanged or cancelled, would bear a 20% service fee.
-Returns can be dropped off at a PREARRANGED time, or couriered to our returns agent in Reservoir Hills Durban.
-Once item has been received funds would then be credited towards any exchange or refund.
-Notify us within 48 hours of delivery of intention to return a garment.
-Return needs to be done within 7 days.
-Must be returned in the exact condition it was delivered.
-Garments with any alterations will not be accepted.
