on Returns, Exchanges, and Cancellations
1. Customers are entitled to a one-time return, exchange, or cancellation for a FULL REFUND.
2. Notification of any return, exchange, or cancellation must be provided within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Items for return should be dropped off with our agent in Reservoir Hills, Durban, or sent via courier if drop-off isn’t possible.
4. Returns must be received within 7 days of notification and must be in original, unaltered condition. Altered items will not be accepted.
5. Refunds or credits will be processed within 7 days of receiving the return.
6. For any additional returns, exchanges, or cancellations beyond the first, a 50% service fee will be applied on each item.
7. If an order has not been delivered within 21 days, a cancellation of that order will not count as a cancellation and will not incur any service fee.
